SJ Strategic was founded by Courtney Smith-Jiles, a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner on a mission to improve systems of care for all. Smith-Jiles brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, public policy, strategic planning and community relations to the work. SJ Strategic works with organizations across the United States, with a specialty in local and state affairs in the Pacific Northwest.
